Snell AVN is built on more than two decades of experience designing, building, and supporting professional audio, video, networking, and technology systems.

Today, I work as a contract live event network engineer for LIV Golf, managing network infrastructure supporting SMPTE 2110, Dante/MADI, and Riedel communications.

Before starting Snell AVN, I spent 24 years at Washington State University, including the last nine years as Director of Engineering and Technology. During that time, I oversaw technology and engineering for television and radio operations, production studios, classrooms, conference rooms, lecture halls, and other specialized facilities.

My work at WSU included designing and building television studios, podcast studios, news production facilities, conference rooms, lecture halls, and mobile production systems. I also oversaw engineering for 18 radio stations and their translators, along with two television stations.

I began my work at WSU as a video conferencing engineer and helped guide the organization through the transition from analog to digital audio and video systems. Over the years, my experience grew to encompass professional broadcast systems, audio production, video production, networking, video conferencing, and integrated technology systems.

That experience is the foundation of Snell AVN. I’m bringing the same professional approach used in broadcast and large-scale technology environments to residential and commercial projects—from whole-home audio and video systems to reliable networking and professionally designed commercial AV and conference rooms.

Whether it’s a home theater, a whole-home audio system, a business network, or a conference room, the goal is simple.
